What is the free deal?

Buy one, get one free from the same brand. Brand names (Tuk Tuk, Cartagena, Tamarind, Tartan) are written above the product name. The offer is automatically applied in the cart and you will see the total discount. 

For example:

  • If you buy 2 of the same brand, you pay for only one
  • If you buy 3 of the same brand, you pay for two (one free)
  • If you buy 2 of different brands, no discount
  • If you buy 4, 6, 8, 10 of the same brand, you pay for only 2, 3, 4, 5.
How long will delivery take?

The vast majority of our products are shipped within 10-15 days. In some cases it can take longer and sometimes it can be faster. I would say in a world of instant gratification, enjoy the anticipation and then the surprise of when the product arrives at your doorstep. Nothing better than receiving a parcel when you are not expecting it. Our socks will fit into your mailbox, you dont have to be home.

How do I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number. If you dont receive it, email us. In some cases, the shipping is sent untracked if its less than £25.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to North America, (most of) Europe, South East Asia, East Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

Will my items arrive in one shipment?

Yes, they should arrive in one package. In very rare cases, we might be decide to ship them separately if part of your order is unavailable and will take longer to fill. We dont want you you to keep waiting for those lovely socks!

What is your return and exchange policy?

We have a 30 day return policy for unused items returned in the same condition as they were received. Shipping is not refunded and you will need to pay the shipping to send us back the item. Please see the refund and return policy page for details.
